SMS-based Social Behaviour-Change Communications (SBCC) that entailed questionnaire administration, analysis and reporting for a sample of more than 80,000 respondents.

Undertook a brand assessment exercise that entailed in-depth interviewing to establish stakeholders’ perception of the brand. Recommendations included need for a communication policy to augment stakeholder engagement.
Lesotho National Olympic Committee(LNOC)
Facilitated the development of a Communications Marketing Strategy for the organization
One Stop Business Facilitation Centre (OBFC)
Formulated a comprehensive communication strategy. This involved a rigorous stakeholder analysis and profiling component. The strategic thrust of the output assisted the organization to cement its positioning as an accessible, service-oriented establishment.

Facilitated the development of a communications strategy for the organization
